Angelina Torres, Behavior Therapist​

Angelina is a Registered behavior technician and full-time student. She is currently attaining her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Florida International University and aspires to complete her master's degree in behavioral analysis through FIU as well. Her love for ABA stems directly from her love of children and wanting to help them learn and master essential life skills. She is extremely grateful to be a part of our team and eager to continue learning and gaining experience in the field of ABA.

Tiara Arenas, Behavior Therapist​

Tiara is a Registered Behavior Technician who is currently studying Psychology with a focus on Behavior Analysis and a minor in Science at Florida International University. Tiara began working at Gomez Behavior Services in 2024 and has been gaining valuable experience in the field of Behavior Analysis. Her goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst because she is committed to using research-based strategies to create positive change and help individuals overcome challenges. Tiara is passionate about continuously expanding her knowledge to better support those she works with and to contribute to the field of behavior analysis. Additionally, Tiara is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients and provide more inclusive support.

Halley Sanchez, B.A., Behavior Therapist​

Halley is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with a passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that began in February 2022. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from Florida International University in May 2023, Halley is now currently pursuing a Master's in Psychology with a focus on Behavior Analysis. He joined Gomez Behavior Services in Summer 2024. He has been committed to making a positive impact on the individuals he serves. Halley aspires to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is dedicated to contributing meaningfully to the field.

Aileen Amat, B.A., Behavior Therapist

​Aileen Amat is a Behavior Technician and has been with GBS since Fall 2019. Aileen is bilingual (Spanish and English). In the summer of 2023, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in psychology with a focus in Applied Behavioral Analysis at Florida International University. Aileen worked in the education field for 4 years prior to joining GBS and has had a passion for helping children her whole life. Aileen truly enjoys working at Gomez Behavior Services and is currently working towards her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. ​​​​

Board Certified Behavior analyst Supervisors

Joselys Llanes, Behavior Therapist

​Joselys Llanes became a Registered Behavior Technician in January 2022. Joselys is currently at Florida International University pursuing her degree in Psychology. She has been studying Behavior Analysis since August 2021. Joselys is bilingual and fluent in the Spanish and English language. She has provided both school and clinic therapy settings. Joselys is eager to continue learning within the field of Behavior Analysis while also using her enthusiasm to help children learn.​​

Arthur Olivares, Behavior Therapist​

Arthur Olivares is a therapist who has an Associate's degree in biology and currently pursuing a psychology major with a path in Applied behavior analysis at Florida international University. He is bilingual (English and Spanish). Arthur has also coached a variety of sports which include track and field, golf, volleyball, and soccer.

Alanna Fesser, M.A., BCBA​

Alanna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with children with ASD and their families since 2006 in various capacities. Alanna obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Miami, and went on to earn her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialty in ASD from Ball State University. Alanna has worked for Gomez Behavior Services under the mentorship of Gaby and Priscilla for 10+ years.

Donna Alvernaz, M.S., Behavior Therapist

​​Donna Alvernaz became a registered behavior technician in 2019, providing services through the clinic, school, and home settings. She has been with Gomez Behavior Services since January 2020. Prior to becoming an RBT, Donna received her Associate’s degree in Elementary Education from Miami Dade College and worked as an assistant preschool teacher. She went on to take an introduction to Behavior Analysis course as part of her completion for undergraduate studies and worked at an agency where she was trained to become an RBT, providing direct one-on-one ABA therapy with children with ASD. Donna received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2013. Her passion to help children succeed and learn in order to have a better quality of life has driven her to want to continue learning herself. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech University in 2024.​​

Janice Garcia, M.S, BCBA

​​Janice Garcia has been working as a Registered Behavior Technician since 2018. She joined Gomez Behavior Services as an intern before graduating December 2021 with her Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. Janice is bilingual in Spanish and English. She became board certified through the BACB in April 2022.  

Joyce Fraga, M.Ed., BCBA

Joyce Fraga has been practicing in the Behavior Analysis field since 2017. In April 2019, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychology specializing in ABA at Florida International University and In August 2021 she obtain her Masters in Education, specializing in ABA. Her interest in the field was inspired by growing up with her older sister who has Autism. Joyce has worked alongside children as well throughout her studies in schools, homes, and clinic settings. Her passion is to help children with autism and other disabilities in filling in the gap by teaching skills that will enhance their quality of life. Her personal background has given her a unique perspective when working with families and individuals in the field. In December of 2024 she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. ​​​

Isabella Morales, B.A., Behavior Therapist​

Isa has been a Registered Behavior Technician since May 2022. She recently graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology with minors in: Family, Youth, and Community Science and Disabilities in Society, from the University of Florida in 2024. She started her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida International University August 2025, coming to work at Gomez Behavior Services shortly after as an employee and practicum student. In the future, her goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and continue to help children learn and grow. It inspires her to be a better therapist, being surrounded by such passionate and educated individuals. She enjoys how collaborative the therapists and supervisors are, to ensure the child is receiving the best possible services.

Alejandra Fonseca, B.S., Behavior Therapist​

Alejandra, has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for five years. Her journey in working with children began in high school when she joined an aftercare program, which ignited her passion for helping kids. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with an ABA track at Florida International University (FIU), and is completing a Master’s in Behavior Analysis. Her love for the field of ABA continues to flourish as she learns and implement new skills with clients.

Natalie Padron, Behavior Therapist​

Natalie Padron is a Registered Behavioral Technician and is a full-time student at Florida International University, where she is pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She aspires to complete her Master’s degree with a focus in Behavior Analysis. Natalie's interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) stems from her passion for teaching and watching her clients succeed. She is grateful to be learning from the GBS supervisors, who encourage and motivate her to succeed. Working with knowledgeable peers and supervisors deepens her understanding of the field and fuels her dedication to make a positive impact.

Patricia Espinoza, M.S., BCaBA​

Patricia Espinoza is a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst that has being working with children providing ABA services within home, clinic and school settings since 2016. Patricia received her Bachelor of science in Psychology from Venezuela in 2013, and her Master's Degree in Psychology majoring in Mental health Counseling from Albizu University in 2021. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has worked with Gomez Behavior Services since 2019.

Brianna De Armas, B.A., Behavior Therapist​

Brianna De Armas is a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician from Miami, Florida, with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a focus in ABA. She is currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology, where she is working towards her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. Brianna is CDA certified and has been passionate about working with children from a young age.

Olivia Alvarez, M.S., Behavior Therapist

​Olivia is a Registered Behavior Technician who graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In December of 2023, she obtained a Master's in Counseling with a focus in Behavior Analysis at Nova Southeastern University. Olivia started working at Gomez Behavior Services in October 2021 and has been learning hands-on about the field of Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a future Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She loves how the supervisors give their all in the education and progression of their clients and their therapists. Olivia plans to continue providing behavior therapy in the future as she has always had a passion and love for children and behavior.

Priscilla Deal Rossi, M.S., BCBA

​Co-Owner/Clinical Supervisor

Priscilla Deal Rossi is co-owner and clinical supervisor of Gomez Behavior Services.  She has specialized in treating children with severe food refusal since 2006. She received her training in behavioral feeding treatments from the Kennedy Krieger Institute. In 2012, Priscilla became certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and received her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage Graduate School.


For the past 15 years, she has provided applied behavior analysis services to children with varying diagnoses. Priscilla has focused on making Miami the BEST city a child with autism can live. She continues to pursue this goal through her free community programs and her free tips on social media. She is the founder of two community programs in Miami: Snips for Autism and Smiles for Autism.  You can follow her for free behavior tips at:

Isis Casillas, M.A., BCBA

Isis Casillas is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a hard-working and loving attitude. Isis has provided services within the school and clinic settings.   She received her Bachelor's degree from Florida International University in Psychology in 2013.  Isis then pursued a Master's Degree Program in Social Work from FIU in 2017.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English and has worked as a behavior therapist with Gomez Behavior Services since 2015. 

Gabriela Gomez Riveron, M.A., BCBA

​Founder/ Co-Owner 

Gabriela Gomez Riveron, "Gaby Gomez", is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She is the owner of Gomez Behavior Services, serving families with children on the autism spectrum (ASD) since 2004.  Gaby began working with children with ASD in 1998 as she was completing her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University. She then went on to pursue a master's degree in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, which she received from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004.  Gaby has focused on helping improve children's lives using ABA methods, specializing in early intervention for 19+ years. She has worked with a wide range of children with varying special needs as well as typical children with behavior problems.
